LOW COST SERVICES

 

The Vermont Spay Neuter Incentive Program provides vouchers to people on many types of public assistance to have their pets spayed or neutered by a participating veterinarian.

VSNIP 1-844-448-7647 (1-844-HI-VSNIP) helps lower-income Vermonters afford to have their dogs, cats, and wolf hybrids spayed or neutered. The eligible applicants get a VSNIP voucher that allows applicants to have their animals spayed or neutered at selected locations for $27 each.
